External Validator Monitoring Portfolio

Use this guide to search for validators, add your validators(Hosted out of the Zeeve Platform) to your monitoring portfolio, manage subscriptions, and review monitoring data in the Zeeve Platform.

This guide explains

  • Search validators by protocol, network, and validator identifier.

  • Add self-hosted validators to your monitoring portfolio.

  • Upgrade from the Free plan to a paid monitoring plan.

  • Review analytics access, portfolio data, and common messages.

Open Validator Lookup

Step 1: Log in to Zeeve Platform - Sign in to your Zeeve account.

Step 2: Go to Node Infrastructure - Open Node Infrastructure from the left navigation.

Step 3: Open Validator Nodes - Click Validator Nodes to open the portfolio page.

Step 4: Click Add Validator - Open the validator lookup flow from the portfolio page.

Step 5: Review Validator Lookup - Check the available search fields and network options.

Search for a Validator

Step 1: Select a validator protocol - Choose the protocol you want to search.

Step 2: Select the network - Choose Mainnet or Testnet.

Step 3: Enter a supported validator identifier - Use the validator address, vote account, node ID, or another supported protocol-specific identifier.

Step 4: Click Search - Run the lookup request.

Step 5: Review the validator summary - Check the validator details and delegator information, where available.

The Free plan includes 10 validator searches per day.

Supported Search Inputs

  • Tx: validator operator address, such as corevaloper...

  • Solana: vote account address.

  • Avalanche: node ID, such as NodeID-...

  • Cosmos: validator operator address, such as cosmosvaloper...

  • Autheo: validator operator address, such as autheovaloper...

  • Injective: validator operator address, such as injvaloper...

  • Near: validator account ID, such as validator.poolv1.near

  • Skale: validator ID or another supported validator identifier.

  • Energy Web: EWX validator address.

  • XDC: validator address.

  • Subsquid: worker ID or another supported node identifier.

Add a Validator

Step 1: Search for a valid validator - Use the lookup page to find the validator you want to monitor.

Step 2: Click Add to Portfolio - Start the add-to-portfolio flow.

Step 3: Review the confirmation modal - Confirm Protocol and Validator Address.

Step 4: Optional: enter Operational Cost - Add Operational Cost (Monthly, USD) if you want to track monthly operating expenses.

Step 5: Click Add to Portfolio - Submit the validator to your monitoring portfolio.

Step 6: Wait for the success message - Zeeve confirms the validator has been added.

Step 7: Open Validator Nodes - Confirm the new monitoring entry appears in the table.

Upgrade When the Free Plan Limit Is Reached

By default, you are on the free plan.

Free Plan Includes

  • Search up to 10 times per day.

  • Add up to 1 monitoring validator node.

  • To add a second validator, you require a subscription to the Starter, Pro, Max, or Elite Plan.

If you have not subscribed to any plan and have added 1 monitored validator, Zeeve displays an upgrade prompt when you try to add another.

Step 1: Search for another valid validator - Use the lookup page as usual.

Step 2: Click Add to Portfolio, then attempt to add the validator.

Step 3: Confirm the add action - Continue from the confirmation modal.

Step 4: Review the upgrade prompt - Zeeve opens the Upgrade your plan modal.

Step 5: Click Check Plan - Open the subscription options.

Step 6: Choose a paid plan - Select Starter, Pro, Max, or Elite on the Monitoring Subscription page.

Plan Summary

  • Free: $0 1 validator node, 10 searches per day, locked reward history, locked stake and delegator history, and locked alerts.

  • Starter: $49/month, 5 validator nodes, 25 searches per day, unlocked history charts, email alerts, and fleet reports.

  • Pro: $89/month, 10 validator nodes, 50 searches per day, unlocked history charts, email alerts, and fleet reports.

  • Max: $199/month, 25 validator nodes, 100 searches per day, unlocked history charts, email alerts, and fleet reports.

  • Elite: custom pricing, custom validator limits, custom search limits, unlocked history charts, email alerts, and fleet reports.

Step 7: Make payment - After you have selected a plan, you will be redirected to the Stripe gateway where you can make the payment by filling in your details.

Step 8: Payment Success - One payment is successful, you will be redirected to the Validator Nodes Page.

Buy a Monitoring Subscription

Follow the steps to buy a monitoring subscription.

Step 1: Open Validator Nodes - Go to Validator Nodes from the left navigation.

Step 2: Click Buy Subscription - Start the monitoring subscription flow.

Step 3: Select Bring Your Own Validator - Choose the monitoring subscription type.

Step 4: Choose a plan - Select the plan that matches your monitoring capacity and daily search needs.

Step 5: Complete the Stripe checkout - Enter billing and payment details.

Step 6: Payment Success - One payment is successful, you will be redirected to the Validator Nodes Page.

Cancel Monitoring Subscription

Use this flow to stop future billing for an active monitoring subscription.

Step 1: Open Zeeve Platform - Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Click the profile icon - Open the account menu.

Step 3: Open My Account - Go to your account settings.

Step 4: Open the Subscriptions tab - View active subscriptions.

Step 5: Select Monitoring Subscription - Select the monitoring subscription filter.

Step 6: Locate the active subscription card - Find the subscription you want to cancel.

Step 7: Click Cancel Subscription - Open the cancellation modal.

Step 8: Select a cancellation reason - Choose a reason from Why are you Cancelling?

Step 9: Optional: add a rating or recommendation - Share feedback if needed.

Step 10: Click Cancel Subscription - Submit the cancellation request.

Step 11: Reload the page - Refresh the subscription view.

Step 12: Confirm the subscription status - Check that the card shows a canceled or cancellation-requested state.

After cancellation takes effect, future billing stops and paid monitoring features become unavailable.

View Monitoring Nodes

Step 1: Open Validator Nodes - Go to the validator portfolio page.

Step 2: Review the metric cards and validator table - Check the available monitoring entries.

Step 3: Locate the self-hosted monitoring validator - Find the validator you want to inspect.

Step 4: Click Manage - Open the validator details page.

Monitoring entries appear as self-hosted validator nodes. The table includes protocol, node name, network type, status, plan, APR, network APR, commission, billing date, created date, and available actions.

Analytics Access by Plan

Free Plan

Free monitoring nodes keep basic validator information visible, but selected analytics stay locked.

Locked sections include:

  • Reward history

  • Stake history

  • Delegator history

Click Upgrade your plan from the locked section to open the paid monitoring subscription flow.

Paid monitoring nodes unlock reward history, stake history, and delegator history.

Step 1: Open Validator Nodes - Go to your monitoring portfolio.

Step 2: Locate a paid monitoring node - Find a validator covered by a paid plan.

Step 3: Click Manage - Open the validator detail page.

Step 4: Review the unlocked charts - Check reward, stake, and delegator history.

Infrastructure Dashboard Access

Self-hosted monitoring nodes added through Validator Lookup do not use Zeeve-hosted infrastructure.

  • Staking Dashboard remains available for validator monitoring data.

  • Infrastructure Dashboard is disabled for self-hosted monitoring nodes.

  • Zeeve-hosted validator nodes continue to use their normal infrastructure dashboard permissions.

Update Operational Cost

Operational cost can be set when adding a validator or updated later from the node detail page.

Step 1: Open a monitoring validator detail page - Go to the validator you want to update.

Step 2: Click Add Cost or Update Cost - Open the cost form.

Step 3: Enter the monthly operational cost in USD - Add the monthly amount you want to track.

Step 4: Confirm the update - Save the new cost value.

Operational cost must be a valid USD amount with up to 2 decimal places and must be between $0 and $10,000 per month.

Common Messages

Validator Not Found

If the validator identifier is invalid or not found, Zeeve shows:

The validator address entered is invalid or validator not found.

Recommended action: confirm the protocol, network, and validator identifier. Then search again.

Daily Search Limit Reached

Daily validator search limits depend on the monitoring plan:

Recommended action: wait until the daily quota resets or purchase a paid plan if the product plan allows higher limits.

Upgrade Required

If the Free account already has 2 monitoring validators, adding another validator shows an upgrade prompt.

Recommended action: click Check Plan, then choose Starter, Pro, Max, or Elite.

Payment Checkout Cannot Start

If Stripe checkout cannot be created, Zeeve shows an error message.

Recommended action: retry after a few minutes, confirm the account has subscription permissions, or contact support.

Subscription Cancellation Requested

After you cancel a monitoring subscription, the subscription card shows a canceled or cancellation-requested state.

Recommended action: reload My AccountSubscriptionsMonitoring Subscription and confirm the subscription card no longer shows an active cancel action.
